Sending Fax by Email
You can send faxes using any email software. All you need to do is send an email to [email protected], replacing FaxNumber with the actual fax number of the Receiver. All emails sent to this address will automatically be faxed to the indicated fax number.
For example, you want to send a fax to 02 8211 5111:
- Create a new email and enter [email protected] in the send-to field.
- Attach files, then send email.
You can send to multiple faxes the same way you would send to multiple emails. Only permitted email accounts can send faxes, so be sure to check your fax setting in your Account Manager if you wish to make this function work.

What Files Can I Attach When Sending Fax
The fax you are sending will show the attached files that comes with it. With this, you have the option to attach any document you wish to send. We recommend using PDF documents.

Receiving Fax by Email
Any faxes sent to your fax number will be received by your registered email account. You can have multiple email accounts receiving the same fax copy if you want to. By default, upon purchase of your Fax to Email plan, the registered email within your member account will be set to send and receive faxes. To add additional authorised emails, follow the guide below.
Fax Credit and Rates
You will only be charged for sending faxes, not receiving. Fax Rates actually depend on the plan, number of receivers, and the destination you select. These rates can be viewed within your Account Manager.
